Tasting Notes:

- Taste: Crisp green apple, lemon and vanilla followed by nutmeg and ginger.
- Finish: Long, dry finish with lemon peel and glowing spiciness.

- First matured in carefully selected bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks for 6 years before finishing for a minimum of 4 years in first fill Pomerol Bordeaux casks.
