Tasting Notes:
- Eye: Golden yellow.
- Nose: Crisp woodland notes added to the spicy Pot Still character. Floral perfume and ripe berries added to the orchard fruits.
- Taste: Balance of oak and spices with some vanilla sweetness works in harmony with the dry orchard fruits and French oak.
- Finish: The rich French oak slowly fades leaving the wine and the spices of France and Ireland with the last note.
Additional Notes:
- Matured in in traditional sherry and bourbon casks, then finished in French oak wine casks from the renowned Chateau Leoville Barton, Bordeaux.
