- Taste: Fleshy fruits, honey, oak spice, and orange peel.
- Finish: Smooth and rich.

- Blend of three whiskeys – grain, double distilled, and triple distilled malts.
- Aged in four different casks – virgin American oak barrel, re-char bourbon cask, American bourbon casks, and Oloroso sherry casks.
- Copeland Merchants Quay was created to celebrate the historic quay at Donaghadee harbour.
