Tasting Notes:
- Eye: Amber
- Nose: Creme brulee, salted caramel and molten honeycomb.
- Taste: Sundried raisins, creamy blossom honey, and tiramisu laced with vanilla.
- Finish: Sweet spice from the bourbon. Warm, lingering, and mellow.
Additional Notes:
- Matured in ex-Bourbon, PX, and Madeira casks.
- Batch 5 is a very interesting whiskey in which the component casks come to the force at different stages.
