Kinahan’s 10 Year Single Malt

Tasting Notes:

  • Eye: Light mid golden amber
  • Nose: Chocolate with tropical fruitiness
  • Taste: Allspice notes balanced by orange pekoe tea, cherry cobbler, and touches of malt and nuts
  • Finish: Dark, oily, long with bitter chocolate

Additional Notes:

  • Named after Daniel Kinahan, who founded the original distillery on Trinity Street in Dublin in 1779
  • LL stands for Lord Lieutenant who would order barrels of the whiskey for himself when it first came out in 1779
  • Distilled at 46% ABV
