Tasting Notes:

  • Eye: Golden.
  • Nose: Very light on the nose, toffee apple, light hints of cloves, with butterscotch and cinnamon at the rear.
  • Taste: Sweetness upfront followed by a toffee and soft vanilla essence, fruits, and a slight spiciness.
  • Finish: A nice spicy lingering finish with lots of sweetness.

Additional Notes:

  • Blend of golden grain and malted barley, triple distilled and aged in bourbon casks.
  • The O’Driscoll clan hails from Baltimore, County Cork.
  • ABV: 40%
