- Eye: Honey Golden Yellow
- Nose: A vibrant aroma with zesty lemon notes and rich vanilla oak. With the addition of a little some toasty, malt character is released with a hint of dried fruits and nuttiness.
- Taste: Rich and warming with some deep, earthy notes and a smooth vanilla oakiness. The taste is sweet with a nice balance of spice and fruitiness.
- Finish: Smooth with a lingering finish of honey and toasted bread with a gentle dried fruit and a toffee and wood combination to round it off.
