- Nose: Honey, apples, cocoa, malt, nuts and light notes of caramel, bing cherries, char an bread dough
- Taste: Honey, grilled apples, bing cherries, waxy cocoa, nutmeg and light bits of chat, bread dough, caramel, and vanilla
- Finish: Medium tannic fade of bing cherries, orchard fruit, nutmeg, bread dough, and fruit
Additional Notes:
- Two-thirds grain whiskey and one-third single malt
- Aged at least three years
- Distilled at 43% ABV
